Thor Equities looks to invest in cities identified as world-class tourist and business destinations with highly trafficked retail corridors, along with a dense and growing population. We acquire and manage a significant number of luxury and high street retail properties as well as commercial, residential, hotel and mixed-use assets within these global gateway cities. Thor Equities also seeks out prime suburban properties in affluent areas.

Value-added and Stabilized Assets

We consider both value-added opportunities and stabilized assets in a variety of formats and settings, ranging from urban mixed-use properties to suburban style retail centers and enclosed malls. Our primary requirements are high residential densities in the surrounding area, and strong sales figures among existing tenants.
